Shipping policy

Economy shipping is always free from Frosted Flames.

If you would like to pay for Expedited or Express Shipping it is available, but please note these upgrades only decrease the shipping times - not the production time.

Processing & Production time: 

2-4 business days, this includes the time from when you place an order, processing of your payment, and then production of your order as most of our products are made to order.

Shipping times:

PLEASE NOTE - paying for upgraded shipping only decreases the shipping time - not the production time - which takes 2-4 business days. If you pay for Expedited Shipping please expect your order in 6-9 business days. If you pay for Express Shipping please expect your order in 4-6 business days. 

Economy 8-14 business days (2-4 business days Processing & Production + 6-10 business days Shipping)

Expedited: 6-9 business days (2-4 business days Processing & Production + 4-5 business days Shipping)

Express: 4-6 business days (2-4 business days Processing & Production + 2 business days Shipping)

We will send tracking information to the email used during checkout.

If your order hasn't arrived in the estimated delivery times please contact us at info@frostedflames.com - PLEASE NOTE: Refunds will not be issued for orders lost during shipment, replacement items will be issued if an order is lost during shipment. 

PLEASE NOTE: If the customer enters the wrong address at checkout and the item is returned by the shipping company - the customer must wait until return is received by Frosted Flames then pay shipping fee of $9.99 to reship the order. Refunds will not be given for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. Please double check your address to avoid this situation.
